Athletes alternately defend themselves from the attacking actions of an armed and unarmed opponent, using applied hand-to-hand fight techniques.
18–37 years old: men — 70, 80, 90, 90+ kg; women — 50, 70, 70+ kg.
38–49 years old: men — 75, 95, 95+ kg; women — 60, 60+ kg.
50–60 years old: men — 85, 85+ kg.
Over 60 years: men — with no consideration for weight;.
Men juniors 18–21 years old: 70, 80, 90, 90+ kg.
Women juniors 18–21 years old: 50, 70, 70+ kg.
Boys cadets 16–17 years old: 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 80+ kg.
Girls cadets 16–17 years old: 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 65+ kg.
Boys cadets 14–15 years old: 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 75+ kg.
Full-contact fights with punches and kicks, various throws and submission holds.
Men — up to 57, 62, 67, 73, 80, 88, 97, 97+ kg, Absolute.
Women — up to 48, 53, 58, 64, 70, 70+ kg, Absolute.
Men juniors 18–21 years old: 70, 80, 90, 90+ kg.
Women juniors 18–21 years old: 50, 70, 70+ kg.
Two participants with no consideration for age and weight categories.
